My daughter needed a nude leotard to wear for her recital. She had multiple costume changes, and this leotard allowed her to change three times while still staying modest; plus, it was pretty inexpensive. That said, be aware this leotard is not actually thick enough or supportive enough to be worn alone for a dance class. The material is a thick-ish stretch nylon, almost like really thick tights or pantyhose. It is NOT the heavier cotton-poly-lycra blend that most dance leotards are made of. She used it for rehearsal and her performances, but I doubt it will fit her in six months to a year, so we won't actually get any other use out of it, unfortunately. And since it's so lightweight, she can't wear it to class, either. Ultimately, I give it three stars, since it did the job, but wouldn't necessarily recommend it to others, unless you needed it solely for the purpose of wearing UNDERNEATH another leotard or dance costume.
