Revain has many variations of this bag. I actually ordered several to see which ended up being the best. It was a winner! My main criterion was that the bag should be big enough to hold my 9 inch hairbrush and my 8.5 inch makeup brushes. I also really wanted elastic edges for all inner pockets in the main body. Most other bags don't have an elastic at the top, making the bags look baggy and useless when you're storing small items in them. This bag also has a rotating hook that was harder to find. It doesn't seem like much until you try to hang your bag on a random hotel towel rail and the whole bag keeps falling off because the thing is at an odd angle. bags. I really like having all my stuff in its own departments so this bag is right up my OCD lane. I have quite a lot of makeup and this bag has it all. I also got a clear plastic zip-lock bag from the container store that holds all my liquids and also fits in so I can easily take it out when going through security. There is also room for my iron if I put it at an angle. I would like to see a pocket on the inside wall of the two side brush pockets. Maybe to hold small things like dental floss. The elastic band on the two side pockets is also a bit high. It would make more sense to be a few inches lower. That would make this bag perfect. However, it's pretty close to perfection and I'm really looking forward to the trip! I will probably buy my husband a smaller version of this bag. I hope that over time a bag of this size will also be made in other colors, for example in a dark blue check or in beige. It's very hard to find toiletry bags in colors other than black, red, or teenage colors like pink and teal.
