I bought these red Dorothy Halloween costume shoes for my daughter and they are closed shoes have become one of her favorite pairs. They are comfortable and true to size. We've only had them a month but they seem to be durable and she wore them for fun. I love that they have an elastic strap at the top which I found hard to find in sizes over 12.
