January 2020 - EDITOR to 4 stars: I dyed these extensions with the Sally Beauty Supply color that I used to cover the roots. And it worked fine! I also used conditioner after coloring to make sure they didn't get too frizzy. Also, I didn't like the powdery/perfumed smell they originally had and I washed and treated them with my regular shampoo/conditioner about a week before attempting to color them. Helped a little with the smell! Wore them successfully to the wedding. First review: I ordered the dark brown, but there is more red in the dark brown than I expected. The hairpieces are nice and soft, but I might try mixing them in with hair dye to better match my hair color. They have never been worn anywhere. Bought for a wedding, let's see how it turns out.
