These chair leg pads fit well and fit snugly on the wooden chair legs I own. However, the actual tread pad (the part that actually touches the ground and is the wear layer of the tread) is very thin and looks like it will wear out quickly. For that matter, I was disappointed with the product when it arrived in the mail. But there are guards on the kitchen (tile) and dining room chairs (wood) so we'll see how they work and I'll update this review accordingly. So far, a few weeks after installation, they continue to work well. Definitely better than sticking on felt pads and nailing on foils which I've tried before.
