I got this because it was said it would fit my 3rd gen Tacoma. It's not like this. The whole package is a puzzle. The instructions have a photo of what is in the box and that's it. You have to figure out how it's supposed to work, and that's fine because there's YouTube. I opened the box and found out how to assemble the strips. The stripes were too long from the start. I would have to cut them to fit. Even in the corners where the power cords would connect next to each other, we're too long. I tried to find a way to hide them so they are not visible. There was no need to cut power cords. Second, the power supply was too short and thin for battery operation. I would have to buy additional cables to route it to the engine bay. A good thing, it appeared to be sealed well. The ends have been coated to keep moisture out. But that's it. There were too many problems starting the installation so I canceled the project. i will learn my lesson
