Review on Enhance Your Epson Projector Performance with ELP LP49 Replacement Lamp by Jake Pavelko

Based on the reviews, I had doubts before buying this product. I thought I might get lucky with a lightbulb that would work wonders and keep working! Not so! The lamp worked for 2 hours and just stopped working. Completely disappointed, have arranged for a return and will not be buying this product again! (Gave 1 star, changed it to 4) This is an adaptation of my first review. The seller contacted me about the problem, offered to send me a new lamp free of charge - the new one has been tested for a few hours - it works! It might take 30 seconds longer to warm up, but once it's done it's clear and bright and works just as well as more expensive incandescent bulbs. Many thanks to the seller for excellent customer service and quick action due to his high standard. Service I would buy a lamp from me again at any time.
