has a strong bond but not as strong as a cheaper brand. I cleaned the panel with rubbing alcohol, shined a flashlight on the panel to remove moisture, and also checked the attached tab for different install times. Don't get me wrong, it works, but I've gone to my other much cheaper glue that has stronger traction in all weather types
