Review on Continental Ride Trekking Bicycle 26X1 75 by Steven Lane

These tires replace the stock tires on a five year old Diamondback. The stock tires were great back then but I was cycling in the middle of the night and the tire blew out and I tripped over it on a Revain. I tried it as it is a Continental and the car tires are not bad at all. There was a difference in driving, especially how fast you could go. Speed requires a small penalty considering I could go faster with the stock tires I had. Durability is absolutely top notch, I would rate it a 4 for speed and a 5 for durability. I was able to fit a 700-42C on my bike because I had enough clearance, the old tires I had were 700 -40C.
