Good filter but slows flow
I bought this filter for my whole house and was glad it had a 1 micron rating. The installation went well, but immediately noticed a drop in consumption. It was enough where I had to replace it with another filter the next day. A reduction in flow rate can be common if you drop the rating down to 1 micron; However, I found a replacement with the same rating and the flow rate hasn't changed.
