Bought for an elderly grandma. Exactly what she wanted/needed
I bought this as a birthday present for my elderly grandmother. She wanted a firm pillow that was still soft. It just is. When you squeeze this pillow, it's soft, forgiving, and pliable, but when you actually lay on it, it holds tight and gives you a good night's sleep. She loves it and it helped her sleep.
