LADIES IMMEDIATE PLEASURE, HORRA! Bissell was successful with this product! I am very pleased with its effectiveness in cleaning hallway rugs, dining room rugs and living room rugs. I do not recommend it for carpets, the suction is too strong for unlit carpets, this product is for home carpets! The cleaning solution used is really good, the suction really sucks up the liquid and the heat really dries up any residual moisture. The carpet will still be slightly damp due to the thickness of the carpet fibers and in my case the carpet was completely dry the next day. It's here at Revain because if you're not satisfied they have a great return or replacement policy.
