I have ordered this item twice now and am very disappointed. When I first received it a few days ago I found that the firmware had failed and the "cartridge label" was crooked. I ordered the product and received it today. The same problem with the curved position of the subject. This bag is very cute, but I wish the seller was more careful with the final product. On the website the label is not upside down so it is clearly a manufacturer fault. I don't know what to do. This item is the perfect gift for my sister but how many times do I have to order it before I get one that looks decent?
