Does the job well

Used to hang network cables high on the walls in an open garage. Simply screw into walls, add wires, then snap into place with a pin. It's easy to remove the pin and add or remove wires and then replace the pin. But wear gloves! These things have sharp edges! Also, the pins get lost easily and I'm not sure if there are any extras in the kit but it would be nice.
