Socks fall off, heal

Every time I wear these socks, they fall off my heels no matter what shoes I wear. It's so annoying. Other Darn Tough socks are great, but these are terrible. I hope to be able to replace them with another pair as I've only worn them once and paid good money for them. Fix it, damn it!
