What a great purchase! I love all attachments. There's even a tongue cleaner. I work as a lab technician in microbiology and trust me, the tongue is an awkward part of the body. The normal flora is there, the bacteria that should be there, but so many other things, the tongue must never be neglected. It's safe to use in the shower. I wish I had had it as a teenager when I had braces. There are nozzles for periodontitis and sensitive settings. The massage setting is nice. There is something for everyone. The water pressure is great and I couldn't be happier. It's easy to use.
