Great for invisible braces. It has way more punch than the last wireless I had. It has 3 strengths, if you're just using a regular head you'll want to use a lower setting or it really hurts. With the orthodontic part, the height is great. The water filling hole is conveniently located. The eject button is useful. It sheds a lot of water very quickly, so either bent over the sink or used in the shower.

It's a bit messy for what it does - water splashes can't help but escape :) However, it's very easy to use and fairly portable. My friend has one and loves it. She said it was life changing in terms of cleaning and mouthfeel. I agree, it's refreshing. You can add mouthwash if you like.
