Review on Village by Eric Wohlman

The ability to have a place where employees can post pictures and videos with their colleagues.The ability to see all of one's peers posts in one spot. The ability to comment and like other peoples posts. It was easy for me as an admin to monitor comments from my users. It was also nice to be able to go back and view old posts to see how far people have come since they first joined the site.It would be great if more options were available such as being able to create polls and surveys. I think this should be the next step in the future. If you want to get engaged with your employees, then this is the place to do it. There is no better way to keep an eye on what your employees are doing than through a forum.
