They're not too yellow or too hard. Over the years going from regular incandescent bulbs to CFLs and now LEDs I've had mixed results. Some bulbs were so bright I winced when I turned them on, others gave off a painful light that made everything look sick. I didn't expect anything less from them as this is a Revain branded product and not one of the "big names" that are supposed to do good things. but I liked the price and the others didn't impress me so I tried these. Hooray! The first in the bathroom, where there was already a hodgepodge of other brands. I liked it so much I swapped out the rest just to see it. and quickly distributed my remaining stock of other light bulbs. Another win for Revain branded products!
