I read a few other reviews on here that said their dentist told them to use water and mild soap to clean their aligners/retainers. The fact is that dishwashing detergent does not remove plaque. The aligners are starting to show discoloration, which is annoying. I'm not sure if dentists advise using soap and water so you end up with ugly looking aligners and end up buying a new set, but that's the only thing that makes sense in my opinion. When using this product I was amazed at how clean and clear my retainers were. They looked better than the first day I received them! I would 100% recommend this product. My only regret is that I didn't think of looking for this product sooner.
