These work on some types of wire better than others.
These strippers work most of the time on most wire, however even on the same wire I get mixed results. The part that grips the insulation sometimes actually cuts the insulation instead of just holding it. Not a dealbreaker as it still strips the insulation, just not necessary a the length expected.
