I bought this iron almost a year ago to replace a year old Rowenta that fell off my ironing board and broke. I didn't want to buy another Rowenta because it didn't convince me. After reading many reviews, I settled on this one (CHI Steam Iron with Titanium Filled Soleplate - Model 13101). I am very happy with my decision. The iron is actually the best I've ever had. I dry a lot of cotton blouses so I need good steam to get the creases out. It helps. I don't have to use both steam and spray, and I don't have to go over the same spot over and over again to smooth out wrinkles. My husband and I don't iron on laundry day, so we do a thing or two about four times a week on average. I don't empty my water tank and after almost a year of use I haven't had any problems.
