It's 9900k, what else do you need?

I would 100% recommend this to anyone who already has a 300 series lga1151 board or an older board with a modified BIOS. If you are building a new system I would recommend going with the 10700k as it has a better clock profile, is usually cheaper and has a slightly better upgrade path. The one I have seems to be able to run at 5.1GHz. with -2 AVX, 49x (4.9GHz) cache, 1.35V offset, and it works seamlessly with a 32GB Samsung B memory kit at 3600MHz cl16-16-16-36. I made some changes to the system agent voltage to get the RAM working. Although I haven't tested it enough to make sure it's really stable. This is the third 9900k I've bought. The second logged into my brother's system and the first logged into my daughter's system. I bought the first one right after the 9900k came out and it runs at 5.0GHz at 1.31V. The first one seemed to be able to run at 5.1GHz but when I tested it it was he too hot. This newer 9900k is definitely better than the first SRELS I got. I can run games on the new 9900k at 5.2Ghz, -2 AVX but it seems to blue screen on more demanding tasks and it takes over 1.4v. Also I really don't see any as it gets too hot benefit in tests. From what I saw in the test results. It seems better to overclock the 9900k to the point where the pace is controllable while increasing cache and RAM as much as possible. With some adjustments and tweaks it can come close to a tuned and tuned 5950x. If someone is just gaming then I see no reason to swap the 300 series lga1151 system for Ryzen. The frame rates you can get with the Zen 3 are higher, but they don't beat the Zen 3. I tested the tuned 9900k with an RTX 3080ti and scored 21,000 on the FFXV test at standard 1920x1080. This is almost as good as my 5950x system with the same 3080ti installed. who scored 22,000 points. I'm using a 9900k with an Aorus z390 motherboard, 4x8GB (32GB) G.Skill 3600 cl16 RAM, an EVGA T2 power supply, an Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 and an RTX 3080ti.
