4 stars because of two issues. One of them is the USB connection to the cooler. It's in the middle, under the fans, and it's hard to reach. Makes connecting and disconnecting the cable difficult. The connection had to be placed on the side of the cooler. Another problem is the height adjustment of the backrest. You are not fixed. So if you pick it up with a laptop on it, the controls fall behind. Check out my video and photos to better understand what I'm talking about. Also, it's really really cool. The fans are very quiet and work very well. In fact, it keeps my laptop so cold I would call it Frosty 😊. There are so many height and position settings that you will end up playing with them for a while. I've played with it on my laptop, phone and tablet. It is very easy to read on your tablet or use it to play games on your phone. I use the book stand adjusters to make sure my laptop is secure and doesn't slip. I like the length of the USB cable. It's about 5 feet. long and makes it easy to plug into an outlet when you don't want to use USB on your laptop. Everything works very well and I am very satisfied.
