We are using Knowmad to help us promote new products we are launching. Our team and the Knowmad staff are always quick to answer any questions we have. They are very knowledgeable about social media. I never feel like we are left in the dark or not getting what we need. I will continue to work with Knowmad. Not enough to mention. I really don't have anything to dislike. Their customer service is great and they are always willing to help. I highly recommend Knowmad. Knowmad is helping us launch our first ever clothing line. they are able understand my business needs very well for any kind or promotion ideas I have in mind that can benefit them as an advertiser & us at know Mad's perspective is extremely helpful when it comes down deciding between our choices! sometimes you do want someone who has more experience but having worked closely now this isn't always required so be open minded about what your looking into working w/ people like these- no complaints thus far!!
