Excellent moisturizer for wooden cutting boards and other natural wood surfaces

I used to use lemon oil (my dad has a boat and they use Guardsman Repair Lemon Oil for teak). It works well, but this oil actually seems to hold moisture better for cutting boards. It is best to lay it on a board and let it dry overnight. It's more like a cream. Lemon oil is great, but it's just a different application and I find that both applications are good for different wood surfaces. Lemon oil for furniture, oil for more porous surfaces (e.g. old furniture that has lost its finish or untreated wood).

Pros
  • Beeswax helps maintain and maintain the shine of any type of woodwork
Cons
  • Long wait
