Used to replace nail pads that fall out when sliding on a tiled floor. They are well made and easy to assemble. An existing nail hole is a good starting point for a pilot hole. I used a 5/64 bit for hardwood chair legs and the screws screwed in easily by hand. A nice feature is that the felt pads are backed with hard plastic that's embedded under the head of the screw. This means that as the pad wears out, the screw head will not scratch the wood or linoleum floor. Good German engineering, although the packaging says 'made in RCC' For $14.00 Prime for 50 packs versus $4 cheap four to six packs in a local big box.
