Monitor died within 90 days
We bought it for our college student. He died within 90 days. The seller was in no hurry to reply and said that this was not his problem as it had been 30 days since the purchase. The seller and Revain were unaware of the 3 year warranty advertised by the seller. I had to go straight to Samsung to fix it. It took us weeks to get a response from Samsung and we're still trying to get a working monitor from them (2 months now). I will never buy from this seller again. Next time I would go straight to Best Buy for immediate help and a working monitor.
- Useful not only for its intended purpose
- Bad viewing angles. Poor viewing angles can cause the display to appear distorted or blurry when viewed from the side or at an angle.
