Let me start by saying that I lost my lens cap during the Halloween party at Disneyland. This is a great cap, thicker than the original cap that came with my lens. It gives me extra protection for my lens but also looks good on it. I would recommend this to anyone who has lost their cap or just wants extra protection for their lens. I would also recommend some lens cap holders, which you can also find here on Amazon, so you don't lose them when I'm running around taking pictures of your kids.
