Review on NBPCLCD Replacement 14M BA011DX 14M BA114DX 14M BA013DX by Fernando Beck

Hello, hello! desperate as my computer model seemed rare (HP PAVILION X360 - 14-BA125CL). Okay, to be honest I know next to nothing about technology, which is why I was so happy that the screen even fitted, let alone that it WORKS and has the full functionality (touchscreen, infrared camera, good resolution). Great care has been taken to package the screen in a styrofoam box in a box in an Amazon box and a screen removal tool has been included with the screen. I also appreciate how the shiny metallic HP logo is protected by a layer of material which can be easily scraped off. For these reasons, I gave the product a high rating. However, I got a star because some of the adhesive on the bottom of my screen has come loose and the bottom of the screen is protruding (thin bezel/bezel is separated from the glass :( ) I added some E3600 to fix this and the gap fix doesn't cause any damage or bulkiness when closing the laptop so I'll leave this digitizer/bezel for now because it still works. It just looks a little unprofessional and I paid $150 but to be honest it is a traumatic installation process, I will not agree to an exchange/return.Also a small note, but the screen is gray when switched off
