Review on πŸ‘οΈ PuriLens Plus Preservative Free Saline 4 Fl Oz Bottles - Pack of 12: Optimal and Convenient Eye Care Solution by Eathan Wilson

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Only brand with resealable buffered saline, check expiration date

This is for my PROSE/Sclera lenses. it is a buffered saline solution with no preservatives. It's a bit expensive, but apparently the price is lower than the list price sometimes. I like that it comes in bottles that can stand and be sealed. I don't really like the 4 oz size because with PROSE lenses you have to open a new bottle every 48 hours to refill the lenses before inserting them. The rest can be used for enhancement within two weeks (as opposed to soft lenses or hard contact lenses, hence YMMV). Unfortunately I get too much. I tried individual unbuffered saline samples provided by the doctor's office. They cannot be resealed and stored. I think I'm better off with a puffer if I don't wear it half a day or less. I really like the idea of the 2 ounce size and have ordered a few to use about every third or fourth bottle to keep my collection of half-used "table salt" bottles to a reasonable minimum. Unfortunately, when they are not for sale, they are very expensive. So far it works well and doesn't bother my eyes. Aside from the size, my only complaint was that what I received expires in the last week of December 2018 and it looks like orders from this batch at least are likely in the next few weeks. Because of the 48 hour replacement rule that I have to follow, I should be able to use it in time and others shouldn't. Check the expiration date on the packaging when it arrives.
