Try it and see if it works for you. I have no doubt this article will work for some people, but I'm not one of them. This reduced the odor but didn't remove it. At the end of the day, I could definitely smell myself. I absolutely had to wear it every day and it still didn't completely protect against body odor. However, I didn't get a rash, which is great for my very sensitive skin. I've found that natural deodorants either don't work or cause rashes. That's fine as it minimizes the smell and didn't give me a rash, but I don't want any smell at all at the end of the day.
