good replacement anchors
These replacement plastic anchors were just what I needed. However, follow my advice for an easy install. Drill a 7/8"-1" hole in a small 2x4 block larger than the depth of the flared side. Then use a clamp to squeeze the entire anchor. I've tried doing it manually and it's difficult. squeeze him. That's all! otherwise that should be all. Hope that helps.
