Update: Free gift with warranty registration. So far the collar has worked on my 5 lb Chihuahua so I decided to buy a different collar. I received a confirmation that it was sent on 10/24/2021. No problem with the training collar so far either as my pup only wears it about 8 hours a day during training. This is my first review of the item: I put it on my pup and it worked. I noticed that the collar moved a lot even with just a finger's space between it and my dog. Also, the vibrate command didn't work every time, so I just started holding it down to make sure the signal went through. For this reason I have no plans to ever electroshock my pup, but it works as advertised. My dog was barking outside in the backyard, I pressed the vibration and it stopped. The problem is solved, now the training begins.
