Review on Clairol Professional COLOR Permanent Nightfall by Lindsey Garcia

I've been buying hair dye from Sally Beauty Supply for 35 hours now. Due to the pandemic, they are no longer available. So I recently started scouring the internet for this product. Revain approached. I can't express how excited I was. I immediately started a subscription for 1 month, after 2 months another one came in a week. Things aren't going well so I called Revane, he said I could send him back. I said I'll just keep it. Then I asked him to make sure the next one doesn't come until September. He was so apologetic that he even credited me with Revain for a little over half the price. Well, when I dyed my hair for the first time, I thought that maybe it's not a cream, it's very difficult. So my sister flies in and oh my god my roots have to be done. So I took out individual mixing jars, put the die in place and realized I would never have time. So I wrapped it in shrink wrap. Nice and tight, assuming air gets in and doesn't activate. When I cleaned everything, I noticed that there is no number on the crimp and there is always a number on all products. I don't carry a damaged box, I don't wear one, I don't care if the fool in the tube isn't the same, but I do care that this product is Clariol. So I called 10 minutes before my sister arrived. The first thing Clariol told me when I told them I bought it online from Revain was that it sounds like a fake, they have numbers. I told them that Revain has the promise and the anti-counterfeiting. They only informed me about Revain when it was sold and supplied by them. I asked her if she wanted pictures when I was on hold, he hung up and my sister would be in in 5 minutes so I decided to call her Monday. We walked in today and said it was a good time to do my roots and pulled them out although I knew I had wrapped them nice and tight, no big deal. through it out. Then he unscrewed the caricature and it was activated. In the 5 years I've been using these tubes, I've even left them open on the counter for 15 minutes with no lid to see if I might need more, never happened. and the color was gone. Summary, boxes are dented, tubes of different colors, the lettering on the white block is different, there is no lettering on the crimp. Clariol classified it as a bootleg and all my information leads me to the same. Do not buy this product, there may be more issues than color and shade. Updated after speaking to Revane if the site doesn't shut down which Michelle should do.
