I love that it is very easy to navigate with all of your clients information easily accessible at any time! There are so many options available but sometimes they can be hard to find if you're not looking for them specifically. It's also nice because we have one place where everyone from different agencies or companies comes together when there isn't enough staff members to cover everything required by our services users' needs. Sometimes things don't sync up as well between sites (for example - an event calendar) which makes scheduling difficult. Also some functions aren't quite intuitive yet e.g. changing settings via mobile app doesn't carry over into desktop version like other programs do. If anyone has used this product before please let me know what benefits/drawbacks you've experienced? We use it mainly for client appointments etc however it does help us keep track of who is coming through each service centre too.
