Review on 🧼 Rokkiss Onestep All In One Cleansing Balm 5.07 oz - The Ultimate Makeup Remover, Face Cleanse & Balm to Oil Magic! by Heather Lawson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Affordable, Moderately Effective & Mild

Rokkiss Onestep All In One Cleansing Balm is a white oil based semi-solid balm designed to remove stubborn waterproof SPF, makeup and daytime blemishes. Accumulation of debris and dirt. Comes in a 5 ounce tub and is affordable for what you get ($14 at the time of this writing). As already mentioned, the balm consists of various oils and plant extracts, including lavender and citrus oils, which you can smell. I prefer something less substantial with more botanicals, but it's a rinse-off product and very mild for my super-sensitive combination skin. No irritation, inflammation or new breakouts. When applied to a dry face, the product melts and goes to work, creating a swirling mess of my makeup and tinted sunscreen. I've been using some sort of oil cleanser constantly for the past few years. It has made a huge difference to my complexion as I don't have to use harsh makeup removers or buff my face to remove SPF. This cleansing balm compares fairly to the ones I've used. Inexpensive, moderately effective. It breaks down and rinses off (designed to emulsify, milky and rinse off) but doesn't do a five star job as it leaves a trace of mascara. I'm a minimalist makeup artist and I use very little makeup (SPF toner, pencil brows, waterproof mascara). As such, I prefer to use it on days when I don't wear makeup and I just need something to break down those heavy layers of SPF that I regularly apply.
