Protein flavor was acceptable. I ordered vanilla ice cream. well mixed. This kept me overly full until my next meal. The description said 2 pounds and it came in a huge tube that was only half full. I know the food will settle down but it was too much. Two days later my chest started to hurt. I have GERDS and this product triggered my GERDS and my chest caught fire. I had to go to my family doctor. Anything that says lactose free isn't and I am lactose intolerant which means this product is lactose free. I have had bloating for a few days and now I have a new medication. This was a waste of my money having gained a few pounds after a few uses which was probably petrol and this product is non-refundable. If you have gastrointestinal problems, go vegan. If you don't have a gastrointestinal tract do it, some people say it's too sweet but for me as a diabetic it was ok not chalky but I want my money back.
