I connected them to a Firestick so I bought it to watch TV while my husband slept. The volume on ToZo was very loud. I couldn't even set it with the TV remote or Fire Stick. The volume can only be adjusted when connected to a phone or tablet. I bought it on Prime Day thinking I got a good deal and paid $49.99 for $3 but found another purchase for around $25/$30. Two stars because they work when plugged into a phone or desk, but that's not what I bought them for. UPDATE OVERVIEW. This is an update. TOZO support is great, they contacted me to fix the issue. Issued another TOZO Bluetooth. The previous one works fine with my devices but not my Smart TV. Haven't tried it yet, but I'll keep you posted. Thank you TZO
