Not real brass.
Craft Medley WR099 Set of 4 Brass Rings 1"/2"/3"/4" Considering the price I don't know what I was expecting. at least real brass maybe? Anyway, $7 for a 4-pack isn't bad, and whatever you do will probably turn out fine as long as it doesn't involve actual brass. I bought a few other brass pieces so I can artificially age them so they all fit together. Unfortunately, these rings were the only part of the lot that simply faded and deteriorated after the process. As they are not brass (did I mention that?) Also each ring has a very obvious and half hearted connection, they are not taken apart by hand, but of course you are not trusted with anything essential in design. See attached photos.
