*UPDATE* Wanted to update to say the company did everything right. They sent me a new watch and changed my shipping cost to send the broken one back. The design in which they connect to the charger isn't very good and I think they'll probably break again, but at least the company got it right. The watch has broken at the point where it is connected to the charger. I contacted the company 3 times to claim my 12 month warranty. You will not contact me. The watch broke after 2 months. I will not buy again!
