Supplied in plastic with a tiny sachet of desiccant. It wasn't enough. The bedspread smelled of mold. I washed it twice with hot water and dried it on high heat for a long time. Then I put them in direct sunlight for a couple of hours. The blankets appear to be serviceable now, but time will tell. They were designed as summer blankets for me and my partner but can be transformed into dog beach blankets. I would not recommend purchasing this item. After all the work and resources that went into making it usable, I should have just spent a little more for quality. Nice appearance and nice texture. However, I would not buy these again.
