The tangled chain had to be cut.
The jade product itself was beautiful. But when I opened the box, the tag was loose and dangling in the box. The gold chain was tied in a broken knot that could not be unraveled. My girlfriend didn't want to return it so we cut the gold chain and she had to use another one instead. What a waste of careless packaging!
