If your kid wears SMO, this is by far their favorite sandal (and we've tried a lot). The adjustable back makes it easy to slip on (not as easy to slip on as Billy or Nike sandals, but much easier than most sandals). wide enough to fit in a cascade leapfrog, there's enough velcro on the back to attach them from the back without being bulky, and they're not too heavy. Of course, they're great for non-SMO kids too, but I wanted to share this to make it easier for other parents who are having this problem.
