You should keep buying these things. It's annoying. I got some solace from reading other reviews saying you just have to consider them rubbish and give up, you should keep buying them. But I seem to get less and less benefit from them before they turn white (not transparent), harden and stop working. The last time was less than two months old. Very sad. I'll start looking for other options. A friend showed me some industrial suction cups they bought from Harbor Freight and I think I'll go over there and see if I can customize some of them. It was over a year old and used in a hot tub so hopefully it will work. I just can't order a few dozen of these things a year. And the time it takes to constantly adjust them when they start to deteriorate is no joy either.
