Review on Pirelli Ice Zero FR 235/65 R17 108H winter by Mateusz Majchrzak ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am one hundred percent satisfied with the purchase, I recommend this product to everyone.

Tires were purchased at the end of 2022 in size 215/70 R16 on Outlander XL and drove off the winter safely. This is my first Velcro, before it all cars had spikes, namely Hakka-2, NF-3, Hakka-5, Nordman-4. What I want to say is that the tires are worthy - they go well in deep snow and do not dig in, sludge, rolled snow and wet asphalt are excellent. On bare ice, they behave predictably, but of course they are inferior to spikes - the speed must be reduced in proportion to the difference in braking distance between spikes and Velcro)). There is NO noise, who writes about noise - either a lie, or a different composition of the rubber mixture. On my tires - the noise starts only after 140 km / h, and the real rumble of the "helicopter". I decided for myself that now only friction tires are on 4WD, and on days of heavy ice, just slow down.

Pros
  • Tires are quiet and soft with good driving characteristics
Cons
  • At speeds over 140 km / h, the roar of the "helicopter" begins
