We had just installed a pool and wanted to illuminate the 4 corners of the concrete deck around the pool in a rectangular way to create a nocturnal atmosphere. They are very well made and the bulbs fit very well in the flexible rubber case so they are not affected by rain. And at 48 feet, they fit perfectly in an L-shape to circle a side and end of a pool that eventually grew to 50 feet. And with two of those 48-foot strings in this pair, we were able to stretch around the pool on all four sides. I hung a steel aircraft cord between four corner posts and these lights hang lightly from the cord with zip ties. And although they're listed as warm white, I think they're a little higher Kelvin, I'd say around 3000K compared to the more amber hue that gives 2700K. And these in no way come close to daylight or a bluish cast. In other words, they are perfect.
