Painful and Ineffective Shoulder Massager

When I tried this shoulder massager, it felt like torture. The kneading function was too intense and I couldn't adjust it to a more comfortable level. The heat function didn't even feel warm enough to make a difference. The only positive was the price, but it's not worth sacrificing quality for affordability.
