A wonderful product, it's nice to use.

The kit includes the fan itself and 4 light bolts for installation.
Everyone wrote that it doesn’t make noise, I don’t know, apparently each has its own noise level, it still makes some noise)) And for good reason, good air flow.
Buy 4 pins, through the motherboard it will be possible to tune it better, so that it does not make noise.
I put 2 arctic on blowing, from above, they stand at low speeds in the Zalman i3 Black case, with a kind of reobas built into the case, which regulates the turntables in 3 speed positions.

Cons

Noisy like all 120 turntables) 3 pin, without reobas I do not advise buying, too noisy. Didn't find any other deficiencies.
