so far so good. Although a yellow one was delivered to me and the seat cushion jumped out. I think if you pulled it all the way out you'd probably be better off sticking it in place with plastic glue as it actually melts and then chemically bonds the two surfaces. But since I'm a fanatic and just didn't want to spend the money and fix it myself I sent for a replacement. Same issue with the second yellow chair I received and it was even slightly worn. Instead of sending in a replacement I just sent the 2nd yellow stool back and got another green one. Everything is fine on the green and the seat cushion is glued normally. IDK if the yellow ones are made differently, to order or by another manufacturer (see private label production), but the green stools have served us best so far. ALTHOUGH 2 stools had to be exchanged and returned, they got the job done very quickly and didn't give me any problems/questions. They get 5 stars for this service and such a good product so far.
